We made several prototypes of three different types of this camera lens sun protector, trying out different materials to meet the strict requirements for UV, high temperature range and demanding weather conditions in harsh environments.<\/p>\n

First production run was made by vacuum casting before transition to full tooling and injection molded parts.<\/p>\n
