The design group MONTAAG was commissioned by VARD Group to design the next generation of Offshore Subsea Construction Vessel (OSCV) and as part of this needed prototypes of the bridge chairs and consoles for a momentous shipping exhibition.<\/div>\n
Based on the 3D drawings and specifications we\u00a0machined these big parts from a very strong ABS and did the finish work as specified, in time, despite a tight schedule.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The major benefit of using our specialised tools for high-speed CNC in plastics is that we are able to handle big parts and make them directly in the finish desired and save time for hand work. This way we can make the parts in a strong material suited for actual use.<\/div>\n
